Warning: Do Not Disclose Your Password In Game Chat

Attention please! We’ve been reported that one player’s account was stolen because someone personated GM Jane and asked him for password in private chat. We have to remind every player again that our GM won’t ask any players for their password in private chat.
We’ll investigate this fraud case and ban related accounts. Please do not buy unusual cheap items in Mcomet as they might be the loot. We’ll keep updating this article for more details.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackIts a shame people are scamed like that in a game.It happened to me too,not in this way but it was also an abuse of confidence and it didnt feel right. I hope the gms will manage to repair the “damage” done and make sure this never happens again
Yup, some friend got a chat in sys, whit someone, and the “GM” asked for password to see problems in bethal, inmediately i told my friend to refuse that, then i told to that person that if he were a Gm he could have create a toon to see there whats the prob whit bethal and warriors
Players need to be careful! Don’t be fooled guys talk to the GM only in the SYS chat! What a shame indeed. I suppose GM’s could do a lock on certain names to prevent others from copying and making fake GM names.
